Saudi Arabia, November 2024 – Alshaya Group has announced the appointment of Hossam Jameel as Head of People Services. In his new role, Hossam will lead the strategic and operational aspects of People Services, aligning human resource initiatives with the group’s dynamic business model across its vast regional footprint.
Hossam Jameel brings extensive HR expertise to Alshaya Group, with a career spanning over a decade in leadership roles. Prior to joining Alshaya, Hossam served as Human Resources Manager at Smart National Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing HR strategies and fostering organizational growth for over three years.
Earlier, he held the position of Human Resources Manager (KSA) at Apparel Group, where he implemented talent management programs, led culture transformation initiatives, and introduced innovative HR policies to enhance employee engagement.
At NOMD Holding, Hossam served as Group Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations, policy development, and the implementation of HR ERP systems to streamline organizational efficiency.
He began his HR leadership journey at ICV: Inteshaar Commercial Ventures, where he managed all HR, administrative, and procurement functions, contributing significantly to corporate development. His expertise also includes strategic HR planning during his tenure as HR Specialist at Tabadul.
