Paris, Île-de-France, France, December 2024 – Amina MALECK has been named Chief Human Resources Officer at LVMH Beauty, taking on the responsibility of shaping and driving HR strategies for the world’s leading luxury beauty group. Her appointment underscores her extensive expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational excellence.

Amina brings more than two decades of experience within the LVMH Group and its prestigious Maisons. Prior to her current role, she served as Global VP Talent Development at LVMH, where she successfully implemented talent strategies that enhanced leadership capabilities and succession planning. Before that, she held the position of Talent Management Director, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement for the Greater Paris region.

Amina’s tenure with Louis Vuitton includes impactful roles such as Human Resources Director UK, Ireland & South Africa, where she oversaw HR operations across multiple regions, and Human Resources Manager at the Paris headquarters, managing talent initiatives for industrial and retail teams.

At Moët Hennessy Europe, Amina excelled as the Human Resources Director for the Nordics, Netherlands, Belux, Switzerland, and Austria, and as European Talent Manager, where she defined and executed HR development strategies across 49 countries.

Earlier in her career, she led various HR initiatives at Louis Vuitton Malletier, including roles as Training Manager, Human Resources Project Manager, and Product Trainer, consistently contributing to employee development and organizational success.
