London, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Neil Morrison has been appointed as Global Chief People Officer and General Manager; Venture Markets at Staffbase, where he will oversee human resources leadership and business operations across multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific-Japan, UK & Ireland, Nordics-Benelux, France, and South Africa.
Neil Morrison brings over two years of experience with Staffbase, having served as Global Chief People Officer since 2023, where he played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Prior to this, he held a successful tenure of nearly 15 years with Yum! Brands, where he served in various leadership roles, including Interim Managing Director KFC UKI and Vice President, Chief People Officer KFC UKI. His background spans executive coaching, human resources strategy, and leadership development, with a focus on driving cultural transformation and operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Morrison worked with Mitchells & Butlers PLC as a Business Operations Manager, contributing to strategic growth and talent development.
