New York, United States, January 2025 – Renee Georgatos has been named Vice President, Talent Management & Inclusion at iHeartMedia. In this pivotal role, Renee will lead strategies to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace while driving talent development initiatives that align with iHeartMedia’s mission as a leader in multiplatform connections.
Renee has been with iHeartMedia since December 2023, previously serving as Director, Employee & Recruitment Engagement, where she enhanced employee engagement and recruitment strategies. Her impactful tenure includes her earlier role as Manager, People Strategy & Initiatives, during which she launched initiatives such as the iHeartMedia Learning Series and the President & CEO’s Clubs, which recognized top performers across the organization.

Before rejoining iHeartMedia, Renee gained extensive HR experience at Guild, holding roles such as Senior Manager, Employee Listening & Solutions and Chief of Staff, People, where she shaped employee experience strategies. Additionally, she managed Reinspire with Renee LLC, offering career and performance coaching services.
Her career also spans roles at Wirecutter, BuyerLink, and Comcast, where she led diverse HR programs, including talent development and diversity initiatives. Renee’s early career highlights include HR roles at Pop2Life, Target, and Westwood Movie Theater, showcasing her adaptability across industries.
