Carmen has been with BSH Home Appliances Corporation for over two years, previously serving as Talent Management Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving organizational transformation and strengthening talent pipelines. Before joining BSH, Carmen worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at BSH Home Appliances Group, where she dedicated over five years to HR operations, organizational development, and employee relations. Carmen also brings a wealth of experience from her roles at Staffmark, where she served as Senior Account Manager, and Luxottica Retail, as a Human Resources Generalist-Recruiter. Earlier in her career, she honed her expertise in HR operations at Travis Meats, Inc., contributing to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
