Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Babyshop India, part of the Landmark Group, has appointed Rini Nandy as Head of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the brand continues to expand its presence in India’s rapidly growing children’s retail market.
In her new role, Nandy will lead Babyshop India’s end-to-end marketing strategy, overseeing brand building, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, customer engagement, retail marketing, CRM, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. She will play a key role in strengthening Babyshop’s market position while driving customer acquisition, brand affinity, and business growth across India.
Nandy joins Babyshop after serving as Head of Marketing – American Eagle (India) at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, where she led brand building, CRM, and retail marketing for the international fashion brand. During her tenure, she successfully launched the high-impact Ananya Panday and Lakshya campaign, significantly enhancing brand awareness, customer consideration, and sales performance across the Indian market.
Earlier, she served as Group Manager – Marketing, Peter England, where she led content strategy, celebrity partnerships, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns that repositioned the iconic menswear brand for a younger audience. She successfully drove go-to-market campaigns, strengthened the brand’s digital presence, increased new customer acquisition, and improved social share of voice through innovative creative and media initiatives.
Before joining Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands, Nandy held senior marketing leadership positions at Bewakoof.com as Senior Marketing Manager, where she led brand management, campaign strategy, merchandise collaborations, and social media. Prior to that, she spent nearly four years with Lifestyle International, leading marketing for flagship private labels including Ginger and Melange, while supporting marketing initiatives for a women’s fashion business exceeding ₹1,500 crore in annual scale.
Earlier in her career, Nandy built a strong foundation in brand strategy and integrated communications through leadership roles with MullenLowe Lintas Group, Phantom Ideas, Langoor, Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi, Minority Brand Creation & Management, and several other leading marketing and advertising firms, working with prominent brands across retail, fashion, jewellery, healthcare, education, and consumer businesses.
