With extensive experience in human resources, procurement, and business strategy, Esther will lead OASE’s HR function, focusing on talent development, workforce strategy, and organizational growth. Her appointment reflects OASE’s commitment to enhancing its employer brand and fostering a strong corporate culture as it continues to expand globally.
Before joining OASE, Esther served as Vice President Human Resources Europe & Americas at Esprit, where she was instrumental in driving HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, and cultural development. She played a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing leadership programs across multiple regions.
Prior to Esprit, Esther spent over 18 years at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, where she led procurement and business operations, overseeing key strategic initiatives and optimizing procurement frameworks. Her leadership extended to managing non-merchandise procurement, operational improvements, and supplier relations, reinforcing her ability to navigate complex business environments and drive operational efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Esther worked at Computer 2000 AG in after-sales management, where she developed expertise in customer service, process optimization, and business operations. Her diverse background across HR, procurement, and strategic planning positions her well to lead OASE’s HR function, ensuring that talent management and workforce strategy align with the company’s long-term vision.
