United Kingdom, March 2025 – Mecsia has announced the appointment of Rhiannon Raymond-Hill as its Chief People Officer, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, employee experience, and people operations. With extensive experience in HR transformation, employee relations, and business integration, she will play a pivotal role in shaping Mecsia’s evolving workforce strategy.
Prior to joining Mecsia, Rhiannon held several leadership roles at OCS, where she led HR strategy and transformation initiatives across a workforce of 45,000 employees. As HR Operations Director, she oversaw employee relations, people management training, and organizational transformation, leading a 40+ member HR team. Previously, as Head of HR, she was responsible for HR strategy, rolling out a new HRIS and ATS, and managing large-scale TUPE, M&A, and business change projects.
Before OCS, she spent over two years at Serco, where she managed high-volume employee relations cases and led a major reorganization project to secure a contract re-tender. Earlier, she worked at UK Athletics, supporting recruitment, performance management, and HR operations during the run-up to the London 2012 Olympics. She started her HR career at NHS Suffolk, gaining foundational experience in HR administration and workforce management.
