With over 19 years of experience in human resources, Preeti brings a strong portfolio of expertise across multiple industries. Before joining Dhoot Transmission, she served as Head of HR at BVG India Limited and Tork Motors, where she drove HR strategy and transformation initiatives.
Earlier, Preeti was Director – Talent Management at WPP Group (GroupM Nexus, India), leading key programs in talent and leadership development. She also held significant roles at MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems Private Limited, LT Foods, A2Z Group, and began her career with Wipro Infotech.
Throughout her career, Preeti has been recognized for her ability to align HR strategies with business priorities. With more than six years in senior leadership positions, she is widely respected for her expertise in talent management, change leadership, and organizational design.
