Before joining Dynatrace, Michael Rogers served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alight Solutions, where he led large-scale organizational transformation and talent strategy initiatives during a period of rapid growth and digital modernization. Under his leadership, Alight built a robust global HR infrastructure, embedding purpose-driven leadership and scalable workforce practices.
Prior to Alight, Michael spent over eight years with NGA Human Resources (an Alight company), where he progressed from VP, Human Resources to Chief Human Resources Officer. During his tenure, he played a central role in shaping NGA’s people strategy amid its integration into the Alight group, focusing on building agile teams and enhancing employee experience across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Michael held HR leadership roles at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Vista (Vistaprint), lastminute.com, and Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he contributed to HR operations during a time of significant organizational evolution, while his experience at KLM and Vistaprint honed his expertise in workforce management across diverse, multicultural teams. He began his professional journey at British Airways as a Supply Chain Analyst, developing analytical and operational insights that continue to shape his data-driven approach to HR.
