Perth, Western Australia, Australia, December 2025 – Jana Bartlett has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Sodexo, marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey within the global food and services major. In her new role, she will oversee financial strategy, commercial governance, performance optimization, and long-term value creation for Sodexo’s operations in Australia.
At Sodexo, Jana has built a distinguished leadership career spanning more than a decade. Prior to her elevation, she served as Director of Commercial Operations, where she led enterprise-wide commercial strategy, pricing governance, contract performance frameworks, and operational profitability across diverse business portfolios.
Earlier, she held the role of Director of Operations – West, Energy & Resources, where she managed large-scale operational portfolios, strengthened client partnerships, and enhanced service delivery across mining and resources clients in Western Australia. She also served as Client Relations Manager and Head of Commercial Mining – National, where she drove national mining sector commercial strategy, governance, and client engagement.
Before joining Sodexo, Jana spent over a decade at Spotless Group, holding multiple leadership roles including Commercial Manager – Resources, Regional Finance Manager, Finance Manager – Facilities & Asset Management, and Business Manager – Pilbara Iron Contract, building deep expertise in commercial leadership, finance operations, and large-scale contract governance.
