Panchkula, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Anshul Agrawal has joined SCL Lifesciences Ltd as Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Knowledge Centre and Head CDMO. A transformative business leader with more than 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and API industry, he is widely recognized for driving sustainable P&L growth, leading strategic business transformations, expanding global market presence, and building strong customer partnerships.
In his new role, Anshul will lead the Knowledge Centre and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business, supporting SCL Lifesciences’ growth ambitions while strengthening its position in global pharmaceutical manufacturing, APIs, advanced intermediates, and contract manufacturing services.
Prior to joining SCL Lifesciences Ltd, Anshul Agrawal held a senior leadership position at Olon, where he earned recognition for his expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, global operations, and organizational growth. During his tenure, he successfully led post-merger integrations, global supply chain transformation initiatives, and large-scale growth programs that enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened competitiveness, and improved market positioning across international markets.
Earlier in his career, Anshul held leadership and strategic roles with globally respected pharmaceutical organizations including Sandoz, part of the Novartis Group, Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Across these organizations, he developed deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), global business operations, supply chain management, customer partnerships, business development, and commercial excellence.
Throughout his professional journey, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver sustainable business growth while navigating complex global markets and evolving industry dynamics. His leadership has been characterized by a strong focus on operational excellence, customer-centricity, strategic execution, and long-term value creation.
With extensive experience spanning business leadership, supply chain optimization, market expansion, transformation management, and pharmaceutical operations, Anshul brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and execution capability that will support SCL Lifesciences’ next phase of growth.
Anshul Agrawal holds an Executive Program in Global Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi). His educational background combines strong technical expertise with advanced business leadership capabilities.
