In her new role, Pia will lead the human resources agenda for Lenovo’s Greater Asia Pacific business, supporting talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and people initiatives across one of the company’s most strategically important regions.

The promotion follows a series of progressively senior HR leadership roles at Lenovo. Most recently, Pia served as HR Leader, International Sales Organization – Greater Asia Pacific, where she partnered with regional business leaders to support people strategy and organizational priorities.

Earlier, she was HR Business Partner, Infrastructure Solutions Group – Asia Pacific, providing strategic HR support to Lenovo’s infrastructure business across the region. Prior to that, she served as HR Leader & PMO – Asia Pacific, driving regional HR programs and organizational initiatives, and previously as Head of HR – Australia & New Zealand, leading the people function across both markets.

Pia’s association with Lenovo spans more than a decade across two separate tenures. She first joined the company in Argentina, where she progressed from HR Intern – Recruitment to Benefits & Compensation Analyst, and later HR Business Partner, establishing a strong foundation in human resources before pursuing broader regional leadership opportunities.

Between her two tenures at Lenovo, Pia worked at Mastercard, serving as HR Generalist – Asia Pacific and later as Manager, HR Business Partner – International Markets, supporting international business operations and regional HR strategy. She also spent a brief period with Maersk Line as HR Business Partner – Australia, further expanding her international HR experience.

Pia began her HR career with Tetra Pak as an HR Assistant, where she gained early experience across core human resources operations.

With nearly two decades of experience across technology, financial services, logistics, and manufacturing, Pia has built expertise in HR business partnering, regional HR leadership, organizational development, talent management, leadership capability, workforce strategy, and people transformation.
