In his new role, he will lead the organization’s national learning and organizational development strategy, driving capability building, leadership development, change management, and workforce readiness to support the company’s continued business expansion.
As National Head – L&OD, ANIRVAN will architect and execute the organization’s learning roadmap, align development initiatives with business objectives, design enterprise-wide competency frameworks, spearhead onboarding and continuous learning programs for the sales organization, and lead regional learning teams to ensure consistent execution and measurable business impact across the country.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning learning and development, organizational development, retail operations, sales leadership, capability building, and change management, ANIRVAN B. brings extensive expertise in building high-performing teams and driving organizational transformation. His appointment reflects Emami Frank Ross’ commitment to investing in people capability and creating a strong learning culture across its expanding retail and healthcare network.
Prior to joining Emami Frank Ross, ANIRVAN served as Regional Sales & Training Head with the Tata Group, where he led region-wide sales and operations capability-building initiatives, developed structured learning frameworks, partnered with business leaders to align training with organizational priorities, and successfully rolled out large-scale customer experience and sales capability programs. Earlier, he held the role of Regional Sales & Training Head – East India at the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, leading learning and organizational development initiatives for more than 3,000 employees across the region.
Before that, ANIRVAN spent over eight years with Bata India Limited as Regional Sales & Training Head – East India, where he designed and executed large-scale capability development programs across more than 300 retail stores, trained over 1,800 employees, established data-driven learning governance, and significantly enhanced workforce productivity and customer experience. His career also includes leadership positions at FDDI, Arvind Brands, Reebok, Future Group, and Vishnu Solutions Pvt. Ltd., giving him broad expertise across retail operations, organizational development, sales, and learning transformation.
