Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 —Nehlia Developers has further strengthened their team of leaders by appointing Mr. Krishan Kaushik as the Vice President – Sales & Marketing. With over 11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Development and Team Leadership, Krishan Kaushik has good exposure to the Delhi-NCR real estate market, specifically Gurugram.
In this new role, Krishan Kaushik will head the Sales & Marketing function for the company with a core responsibility of focusing on sales strategy, expanding the Channel Partner network, increasing customer engagement, growing the business and building up an effective sales team. Other key responsibilities would be process improvements in sales, market expansion and support for Nehlia Developers’ project launches.
Before joining Nehlia Developers, Krishan Kaushik had worked in senior roles in Sales and Marketing with companies like Lamose Group, SignatureGlobal and ROF Group, where he had been associated with sales leadership, business development, channel partners management, team building, customer engagement and revenue generation. His career experience is characterized by building and managing sales teams, creating and nurturing efficient channel partnerships, meeting sales goals and implementing various strategies to drive business performance.
