Former Chalet Hotels MD & CEO to advise Sciative as its AI-powered revenue management platform ZettaRMS.ai moves from India to global hotel markets
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — As hotels increasingly look to artificial intelligence and real-time data to make faster pricing and revenue decisions, Sciative Solutions has appointed Dr. Sanjay Sethi, former Managing Director & CEO of Chalet Hotels Limited, to its Advisory Board as the company prepares to take its AI-powered hotel revenue management platform, ZettaRMS.ai, into international hospitality markets.
The appointment comes as Sciative builds on ZettaRMS.ai’s growing presence in India, where the platform is already used by 500+ hotels to respond to changing demand, occupancy, competitor pricing and booking patterns. The company is now targeting 5,000+ hotels across India, MENA, Europe and the US over the next three years.
At the heart of ZettaRMS.ai is a shift from periodic revenue forecasting to continuous pricing intelligence. Its intraday “Nowcast” capability recalibrates demand based on changing market conditions, while autonomous AI agents can push pricing decisions to a hotel’s PMS and channel managers at hourly intervals. An integrated rate-shopping engine monitors competitor pricing in real time, allowing hotels to respond faster to changes in demand, booking pace, occupancy and market rates.

His experience spans hotel operations, development, ownership, investment and strategic growth, bringing an operator’s perspective to Sciative as it expands ZettaRMS.ai into international markets.
