Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 2025 – Alessia Angiolella has been promoted to Director of People Operations at Knix. In her new role, she will oversee HR operations, employee experience, and strategic people initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and innovation in the apparel industry.
Angiolella has been an integral part of Knix for over three years, previously serving as Senior People Operations Business Partner, where she played a crucial role in enhancing HR processes and employee engagement. Before that, she worked as People Operations Business Partner, contributing to talent management strategies and operational efficiencies.
Before joining Knix, Angiolella spent over five years at TJX Canada – Winners, Marshalls, HomeSense, where she held several HR leadership positions. As Human Resources Business Partner of Facility, she managed HR strategy and operations for distribution centers. She also served as Human Resources Manager, focusing on associate relations and organizational effectiveness, and held roles as Associate Relations Specialist and Human Resources Administrator, where she gained deep expertise in employee relations and HR compliance.
Earlier in her career, Angiolella worked in HR roles at Sunnybrook and York Region District School Board, where she supported recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. She also worked at Red Bull as a Wings Team Member, gaining valuable experience in brand engagement and customer outreach.
