Medway, Massachusetts, United States, June 2026 — Emily Creonte has started a new role as Chief People Officer at E Source, bringing more than two decades of human resources leadership experience across talent management, organizational development, total rewards, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR transformation.
In her new role, Emily will lead the human resources function at E Source, with responsibility for talent strategy, organizational culture, total rewards, employee experience, and the full employee lifecycle. Her appointment reinforces E Source’s commitment to building a high-performing, people-centric organization as it continues to support utilities across North America.
Prior to joining E Source, Emily spent more than 15 years with RKD Group, where she progressed through a series of senior HR leadership roles including Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Vice President of Human Resources, and most recently Senior Vice President of Human Resources. During her tenure, she served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and played a key role in scaling the organization’s workforce, building HR infrastructure, modernizing HR technology platforms, leading employee engagement initiatives, and supporting multiple acquisitions and organizational transformations.
Before RKD Group, Emily spent more than 11 years with W.A. Wilde Co., where she served as Human Resources Manager/Supervisor and later HR Director. In these roles, she led employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, helping strengthen the company’s people practices and support business growth.
Throughout her career, Emily has established a strong reputation for building scalable HR organizations, leading change management initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and aligning talent strategies with long-term business objectives.
