Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, June 2026 — Access Healthcare has appointed Ganeshram Gopalaswami as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, he will oversee global operations, drive operational excellence, strengthen client delivery, and accelerate AI-powered innovation across the company’s healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) business as it continues to expand its global footprint.
Ganeshram Gopalaswami brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, service delivery, business transformation, and global operations. Prior to joining Access Healthcare, he spent over a decade at Cognizant, where he most recently served as Assistant Vice President & Delivery Head – Healthcare Payer, leading the company’s global healthcare payer delivery business across India, the Philippines, and the United States.
During his tenure at Cognizant, Ganeshram progressed through several senior leadership roles, including Senior Director & Delivery Lead – Healthcare Payer and Director – Healthcare Operations. He successfully led large-scale healthcare delivery organizations, strengthened operational governance, achieved industry-leading SLA performance, and partnered closely with sales, transition, quality, compliance, HR, and business development teams to support strategic growth, pricing, and solution development. His leadership helped enhance customer confidence, streamline delivery frameworks, and drive operational excellence across complex healthcare payer engagements.
Before joining Cognizant, Ganeshram held senior operational leadership positions at Accenture, serving as Vice President – Service Delivery and General Manager – Service Delivery, where he managed large healthcare payer operations and transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions Limited, Oracle Corporation, and Lason, after beginning his professional journey in manufacturing with Wheels India Limited and Showa Engineering Ltd.
