Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, October 2024 – Hesham Alsahbani has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cool Inc, a leading lifestyle and hospitality company dedicated to enriching the cultural and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia. In his new role, Hesham will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency to drive the organization’s rapid expansion.
Hesham brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and operational transformation. His leadership at Cool Inc as Employee Experience Director since 2022 has already resulted in significant improvements to the company’s employee journey, including the introduction of flexible employment programs and the overhaul of recruitment and HR policies.
Hesham began his journey with Cool Inc as Talent Acquisition Director in 2021, where he successfully automated recruitment processes and led the hiring of over 10,000 employees in a single year. His achievements in this role laid the foundation for his promotion to Employee Experience Director, where he developed frameworks for job fit assessments and employee engagement initiatives.
Prior to joining Cool Inc, Hesham served as Talent Acquisition Director at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, where he led recruitment initiatives and implemented a Flexi Hour employment arrangement. He also co-founded Innovative Services SA and led the Talent Sourcing Department at Nahdi Medical Co, contributing to major transformations in talent acquisition and employee engagement in Saudi Arabia.
