Egypt, July 2024 – Ismail Fawaz has joined SOLERA Energy Solutions as the new Head of Human Resources. With a decade of experience in HR and talent acquisition, Ismail is set to lead the HR functions and drive strategic initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency and engagement.
Ismail Fawaz has begun his role as the Head of Human Resources at SOLERA Energy Solutions. Based in Egypt, he will oversee HR strategies, talent management, and employee engagement to support the company’s growth and success.
Previously, Ismail served at Raya CX for 10 years in various roles. As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, he managed the hiring cycle, tracked team performance, and coordinated recruitment processes across multiple platforms. His efforts ensured efficient hiring and onboarding processes, enhancing the overall recruitment strategy.
Before becoming a supervisor, Ismail was a Senior HR Specialist at Raya CX. In this role, he analyzed capacity plans, conducted group interviews, managed job offers, and created headcounts for trainees. His proactive approach in HR operations contributed to a streamlined recruitment and onboarding process.
Earlier in his career, Ismail worked as a Senior HR Specialist at ECCO Outsourcing. He was responsible for aligning with the workforce team on hiring plans, conducting interviews, and managing training schedules for new hires. His ability to coordinate between various HR functions ensured smooth operations and effective recruitment outcomes.
