Janet Culpepper joins INFINITY GLOBAL from Zirrus, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for five years. During her tenure, she successfully guided HR initiatives for the organisation, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training.
Before Zirrus, Janet held significant HR leadership roles at Global Brands Group. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, she directed the HR strategy, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Earlier, she served as Director of Human Resources at the company, where she focused on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and organisational development.
In addition, Janet has worked as an HR Consultant and Business Partner at Packrite, LLC, where she developed a comprehensive HR infrastructure. Her contributions laid the groundwork for strategic employee programs and organisational compliance.
Her journey also includes a long and impactful tenure at RockTenn (now WestRock Company). She rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Human Resources, where she was responsible for the HR strategy of multiple business units. Her earlier roles at RockTenn included Director of Human Resources and Manager of Human Resources, where she built strong partnerships with leaders and managed diverse HR responsibilities.
