Portland, Oregon, United States, January 2025 – Katje Chiller has been promoted to Chief People Officer at AKQA, where she will lead the company’s global people strategy, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives.
Before stepping into this leadership role, Katje Chiller served as Head of People, Americas at AKQA for over five years, where she was responsible for people strategy and HR leadership across multiple regions. Prior to that, she held the role of HR Director at AKQA, contributing to the company’s talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Talent Officer at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, where she led HR operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development for over three years. She also held HR leadership positions at Doremus, BNP Paribas, and St. Joseph Hospital, specializing in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development.
