Margaret’s journey at Connection reflects a progressive career built on versatility and commitment. She joined the company in 2017 as a Volume Licensing Contracts Coordinator and subsequently advanced through several roles, including Associate Volume Licensing Contracts Specialist and Volume Licensing Contracts Specialist, where she developed extensive expertise in contract administration and operational processes.
In 2021, Margaret transitioned into human resources as a Human Resources Generalist, taking on responsibilities across employee relations, HR operations, and people processes. Over the past several years, she has played an important role in supporting employees and business leaders while contributing to initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Prior to joining Connection, Margaret gained experience in administrative and customer-focused roles, serving as Treatment Coordinator at Broad Street Braces, Administrative Assistant at Phoenix Security Systems, Inc., and Assistant Supervisor at ASD – Answering Service for Directors.
