Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, August 2025 – Mark Kehoe has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at The Inland Group of Companies, a multi-national aviation services collective comprising IDS, Inland Technologies, and Quantem Aviation Services. In this role, Kehoe will lead human resources strategy across the group, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to support the company’s expanding global operations.
Most recently, Mark Kehoe served as Vice President, People & Culture at Acadian Seaplants, where he spent over five years shaping HR strategy for the organization. Based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, he played a pivotal role in driving cultural initiatives, enhancing workforce capabilities, and aligning people strategies with the company’s growth and global objectives.
Before that, he worked at Cavendish Farms as Vice President, Human Resources, where for nearly three years he oversaw human capital initiatives, workforce development, and HR integration strategies across multiple operations. His leadership contributed to strengthening HR practices at one of Canada’s largest food companies.
Earlier, at OSCO Construction Group, Kehoe served as Director of Human Resources, where he led HR operations for close to two years in Saint John, New Brunswick. He was responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at Sofina Foods Inc., where he held dual roles as Senior Manager, Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources, supporting HR strategy in both Burlington, Ontario, and Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Kehoe’s career also includes a long tenure at Graybar Canada, where he spent more than eight years as Director of Human Resources, managing HR strategy for the electrical supply company. Earlier in his career, he contributed to organizations such as Hershey, Emera, where he served six years as Manager, Human Resources (Affiliates), and USG, where he began his HR leadership journey as Human Resources Department Manager for seven years.
