San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, January 2025 – Melzetta R. Moody has been named Chief People Officer at Article Group and its nonprofit accelerator arm, AGO. In this dual role, Melzetta will lead the organizations’ people and culture strategies, enhancing talent development, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives to support their missions of fostering innovation and societal impact.
Melzetta joined Article Group in November 2021 as Head of People, later advancing to Head of People & Culture, where she successfully revamped organizational frameworks to align with the company’s creative ethos. Her efforts focused on fostering an inclusive workplace culture and implementing progressive HR practices.
Before Article Group, she served as Director of Human Resources – North America at BuyerLink, where she led HR strategy across the region, and as Manager – US Talent, Culture & Employee Care at Suvoda, where she implemented employee-centered initiatives that boosted engagement and productivity.
Melzetta’s earlier experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner at Envestnet, Inc., Human Resources Program Manager at Comcast Technology Solutions, and diverse HR leadership positions within Comcast, where she honed her skills in talent development, diversity recruiting, and employee engagement.
She began her career at Wells Fargo, holding various leadership roles in financial crimes, risk management, and sales, which shaped her strategic mindset and operational acumen.
