King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States, September 2024 – Nick Fortna-Sieg has taken on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at UGI Corporation. In this new position, Nick will be responsible for leading talent acquisition for UGI’s Domestic Business Lines, including AmeriGas, UGI Energy Services, UGI Utilities, and Mountaineer Gas, ensuring the company attracts top talent to drive business growth.
Prior to joining UGI Corporation, Nick Fortna-Sieg served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Caliber Collision for 2 years, where he led a team in executing recruitment strategies and fostering a culture of excellence in talent acquisition. He also held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Caliber Collision, contributing to the company’s overall growth by enhancing recruitment processes.
Before Caliber Collision, Nick was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Aramark for over 2 years. He managed talent acquisition efforts across various divisions, including Sports & Entertainment, Corrections, Leisure, and Higher Education. His leadership in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and building strategic hiring practices significantly improved Aramark’s talent pipeline.
Nick’s recruitment expertise was further honed at Global Employment Solutions, where he held the roles of Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter over 2 years 4 months. He managed recruitment teams, provided training, and implemented best practices in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Earlier in his career, Nick worked at The Performance Group as a Staffing Specialist, where he supported diverse industries with staffing solutions, including industrial, technical, and healthcare fields.
