Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Rohini Dhir has been promoted to the role of Director – Human Resources at InfoVision Inc., marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey within the organization.
In her new role, Rohini will be responsible for driving people strategy, strengthening HR frameworks, and enabling organizational growth, as InfoVision continues to scale its global digital transformation capabilities.
Prior to this promotion, Rohini Dhir served as Associate Director – Human Resources at InfoVision Inc., where she played a key role in advancing HR initiatives and supporting business growth through strategic people interventions.
Before joining InfoVision, she was associated with Cybage Software as Head – Learning and Development, where she led the L&D function across multiple business verticals, driving capability development, leadership pipeline programs, and succession planning initiatives.
She also held leadership roles at Josh Software, Inc. and Community Brands, where she built and scaled training and education functions, focusing on employee onboarding, leadership development, and client training programs across geographies.
Earlier in her career, Rohini worked with Eculides Info Tech, Danube Group, and Acer Middle East, gaining diverse experience across training, development, and business functions, before beginning her professional journey at GE Capital.
With over two decades of experience, she brings deep expertise in learning & development, organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy, making her a strong leader to drive InfoVision’s people agenda forward.
