Vadodara, Gujarat, India, March 2026 — Kashiv BioSciences LLC (An Amneal Group Co.) has appointed Shailesh Limbachiya as Human Resources – Business partner, marking a new milestone in his HR leadership journey across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. In this role, he will lead the people agenda aligned to business growth priorities, with a focus on strengthening talent transformation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across pharma operations.
With deep experience across multi-site HR leadership and industrial relations, Shailesh brings strong capability in aligning HR strategy with operational performance—covering areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and capability building, compensation frameworks, employee relations, statutory compliance, and culture transformation.
Prior to joining Kashiv BioSciences, Shailesh served as General Manager – Human Resources at Innoxel Lifesciences Private Limited in Vadodara, where he led HR responsibilities supporting plant and business priorities. Before that, he worked with RPG Life Sciences Ltd. as Head of Human Resources, where he handled HR leadership responsibilities for domestic and international pharma business, reporting to the CHRO and supporting multi-site HR and IR interventions.
Earlier, he served with the Zydus Group as Head of HR (DGM), working in a corporate HR leadership role with responsibility across multiple plant locations and the corporate office. His scope included implementing uniform HR practices, supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, statutory compliance, performance evaluation, wellness programs, and contract labour decision management.
He also worked as a Human Resources Lead at SUN PHARMA, supporting HR leadership needs within the organisation’s manufacturing and business environment.
Before that, he served as Head HR at SPC Lifesciences Limited, where he led people practices across the employee life cycle and supported operational excellence initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma-linked improvement and review efforts, alongside HR policy implementation, performance expectations, talent development planning, and learning and development platform-building.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Zydex Industries as Deputy Manager – Human Resources, strengthening experience in HR operations and business HR support, and with GEA Group as Senior Professional – Human Resource, where he contributed as an HR generalist within a greenfield project environment.
