Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, May 2026 – Sonja Stindl has started her new position as Global Head of Talent at Amplify, marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey within the organization. In this role, she will lead global talent strategy, strengthen talent partnerships, and drive the growth of Amplify’s talent ecosystem across markets.
Sonja Stindl has been associated with Amplify for over five years, steadily progressing through key leadership roles. Prior to her new appointment, she served as General Manager, where she played a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence. Before that, she held the position of Head of Talent, leading talent strategy and partnerships, and further strengthening Amplify’s position as a leading youth-focused content and talent platform.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Talent Manager at Maxconnectors, where she managed talent relationships and brand collaborations across digital and media platforms.
She also built strong foundational experience in public relations, working with organizations such as Sarah Humphries Agency, Elise Garland Public Relations, and IDENTITY PR Pty Ltd, where she managed client relationships, brand campaigns, and media engagement across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
Sonja began her career as a PR Assistant at Steeledrum PR, gaining early exposure to media relations and brand communications.
With a strong background spanning talent management, media, and public relations, Sonja brings a well-rounded perspective to leading global talent initiatives at Amplify.
