Stockholm, Sweden, June 2026 — Therese Reinfeldt has taken on the role of Chief People & Culture Officer and Head of Communication at Avarda Group, bringing extensive international experience in executive search, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, board recruitment, and organizational strategy.
In her new role, Therese will lead the company’s people, culture, talent, leadership, and communication agenda, supporting Avarda Group’s continued growth across Europe while strengthening organizational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Avarda Group, Therese served as Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Epiroc, where she led the global talent acquisition function and partnered closely with group leadership, divisional presidents, and HR executives on executive hiring, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. She also contributed to programs designed to build future leadership pipelines for senior management and executive positions.
Before Epiroc, she spent more than two years with Northvolt, where she held the roles of Executive Recruitment & Succession Management and Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Manager. During her tenure, she established and led the global executive search function, overseeing C-suite and senior leadership recruitment while driving succession planning, leadership assessments, and executive development initiatives across the organization’s international operations.
Earlier, Therese founded T. Reinfeldt & Partners AB, where she spent nearly eight years advising organizations on executive search, board recruitment, CEO assessments, board effectiveness, and leadership advisory services. Her clients included public, private, and state-owned enterprises across sectors such as financial services, technology, energy, infrastructure, real estate, industrials, and consumer goods.
Her professional journey also includes entrepreneurial leadership roles as Co-founder and Senior Partner at Stardust Search AB and Co-founder & Partner at Lagercrantz Reinfeldt AB, further strengthening her expertise in executive recruitment and organizational advisory services.
Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Therese served as Special Advisor – Board Recruitment & Assessment at the Swedish Government Offices (Regeringskansliet), where she was responsible for board recruitment, succession planning, and governance assessments for Swedish state-owned enterprises representing hundreds of billions of Swedish kronor in enterprise value.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than nine years with Heidrick & Struggles, serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA Region and Executive Search Consultant, gaining extensive experience in global executive recruitment and leadership advisory services. She began her career with Skandia, where she worked in institutional asset management and investment-related client services.
With more than two decades of experience spanning executive search, talent management, succession planning, board governance, communications, and leadership development, Therese brings a unique combination of strategic people leadership and business expertise to Avarda Group.
