Worthing, England, United Kingdom, August 2026 — FUTURA Financial Services has elevated Zara Kreimeia to the role of Chief People Officer, marking a leadership progression for Kreimeia after serving as the company’s Head of HR since April 2025. In her expanded role, she will continue to bring a strategic people perspective to the group, supporting business objectives while strengthening culture, organizational capability and the employee experience.
Kreimeia joined FUTURA Financial Services as Head of HR, where she has been responsible for providing strategic people leadership across the group. Her remit has included developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting legal compliance and fostering a high-performance culture. Her promotion to Chief People Officer comes approximately 16 months after joining the organization.
Prior to FUTURA, Kreimeia spent nearly four years with FloodFlash as People & Office Manager. Her responsibilities spanned the employee lifecycle, talent attraction and recruitment, onboarding across the UK and US, learning and development, retention, reward and recognition, employee relations and DEI. She designed management training programmes and progression frameworks, while also supporting professional qualifications and succession planning. During her tenure, FloodFlash received the Insurance Business ‘5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ Award in 2022.
Earlier, Kreimeia worked with FYXER – Executive Assistants as an HR Consultant and Executive Assistant, providing HR consultancy support to clients across onboarding, learning and development, and reward and recognition. She also worked closely with senior stakeholders and CEOs on executive processes and decision-making support.
Her earlier career includes serving as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Brilliant Noise, where she managed operations for an 80-person office and supported a nine-member C-suite. Working alongside the Head of People and Culture, she contributed to employee engagement, flexible working, wellbeing initiatives and improvements in employee experience. She began her career in executive and administrative support with Tigerlily Childcare Recruitment.
With experience spanning people strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, DEI, employee relations, organizational culture, reward and recognition, and HR operations, Kreimeia steps into the Chief People Officer position with a background closely connected to building and developing people practices within growing organizations.
