Bangalore, Karnataka, India, November 2024 – Sreehari Raghavan Nair has joined Assembly Global as Head- People & Operations India, where he will lead the company’s people and operational strategies in India. With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources and operations, Sreehari brings a wealth of expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Before joining Assembly Global, Sreehari spent nearly six years at Tredence Inc., where he held key roles, including Senior Manager HR and Manager HR. In these roles, he led strategic HR initiatives, drove employee engagement, and supported the company’s growth and transformation efforts in India.
Prior to Tredence, Sreehari served as Senior Manager HR at Prime Focus Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening HR processes and enhancing workforce productivity. His tenure there was marked by impactful contributions to HR strategy and operations.
Sreehari also gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner at Swiss Re, where he was instrumental in aligning HR practices with business objectives. His earlier roles at Novozymes as Senior HR Advisor and Human Resources Analyst further honed his skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics.
Starting his HR career at Teamware Solutions, Sreehari demonstrated strong expertise in HR operations and employee lifecycle management, laying the foundation for his future leadership roles.
