Over the past 2.5 years at MN8 Energy, Victoria has led company-wide recruitment efforts as Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing the full hiring lifecycle and implementing systems to support a high-growth environment. Her leadership significantly scaled hiring outcomes while ensuring alignment with the company’s values and long-term goals.
Previously, she served at Integra Connect as Director of Talent Management & Operations, where she managed HRIS, budget planning, and organization-wide talent strategies. She also held progressive roles in talent acquisition and HR at GovSpend, LABUR, and AP Healthcare, showcasing her ability to build agile hiring teams and drive measurable business outcomes in high-volume and high-impact environments.
