New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2026 — Singh Asset Recon Services Pvt. Ltd. (SARS) has appointed Ranjeet Phillips as HR & Learning and Development Manager, strengthening its people function as the organisation expands its collections and recovery operations across India.
In his new role, Phillips will lead the company’s people, training and leadership development charter, with a focus on building stronger teams, developing managerial capabilities and establishing a more structured Learning & Development (L&D) framework. He will work closely with Neeraj Kumar, Chief Operating Officer (COO), to support the development of a professional and performance-driven organisation centred on people, compliance and client service.

Phillips brings experience spanning training and development, e-learning, leadership, business partnerships and people development. Since 2019, he has served as Founder and Principal Consultant at Check for Cheque, where his professional focus has included training and development and e-learning.
He also previously worked as Business Partnerships Manager at DADB India, where he was responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key business partners while supporting expansion opportunities and organisational visibility. This combination of people-development and partnership experience will support his mandate at SARS as the company scales its workforce and operating capabilities.
The appointment forms part of Singh Asset Recon Services’ PAN-India growth journey, as its collections and recovery operations expand across North, East, West and South India. The company is strengthening its people capabilities alongside technology and processes as it builds its capacity to serve banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions nationwide.
