Having played an instrumental role in scaling Flutter Entertainment India’s Hyderabad GCC, Seema Padman will now lead the center
Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2026 — Flutter Entertainment India, the Hyderabad-based Global Capability Centre for Flutter Entertainment — the world’s leading sports entertainment company —announced the appointment of Seema Padman as General Manager.
Since joining Flutter Entertainment India in April 2024 as their People Leader, Seema has played a defining role in one of the center’s most significant growth chapters. During this period the Hyderabad Capability Center scaled to more than 1,000 colleagues, with new teams built across emerging and high-priority capabilities. Seema has been the architect of a people-first culture that has made the center a sought-after destination for top talent — and an important driver of Flutter’s global operations.
Commenting on her appointment, Seema Padman, General Manager, Flutter Entertainment India, said: I’ve seen first-hand the depth of talent, capability and ambition within the Hyderabad GCC. In her new role as Country leader, Seema will lead the Hyderabad Capability Center’s next phase of growth, working in close partnership with Flutter’s leadership team to scale capabilities, strengthen delivery for the Group’s brands, and build a high-performance, inclusive culture. She will also drive the center’s contribution to Flutter Edge, the Group’s unique set of capabilities across technology, product, talent and global scale, which underpin its competitive advantage.
About Seema Padman:
Seema is a seasoned people leader with over two decades of experience across diverse industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Since joining Flutter Entertainment India, she has led the people function for India as well as Flutter’s global hubs in Cluj, Porto and Sofia contributing to strengthening the organization’s people strategy across multiple geographies.
Prior to joining Flutter Entertainment India, Seema served as Senior Vice President – HR for India, APAC, Middle East, and Australia at Epsilon, and at ARM, where she led the HR organization across five major Asian markets — China, India, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Her international career includes roles at AstraZeneca and McDonald’s in the United Kingdom. These roles reflect the depth of her expertise in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational transformation, and culture building at scale.
Seema holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Mahatma Gandhi University and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, UK.
