Singapore, August 2026 — Dilip Roussenaly has been appointed Managing Director, APAC Product & Sales Activation at Google, marking an elevation after more than four years with the technology company. Based in Singapore, he will take on broader leadership responsibilities across Google Customer Solutions (GCS) in Asia-Pacific.
Roussenaly joined Google in June 2022 as Director, APAC Revenue Strategy & Operations – GCS Sales. In that position, he led go-to-market strategy and sales operations across Australia and New Zealand, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. His work focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses engage customers through Google Ads while advancing AI-enabled capabilities across the sales organization.
Before Google, Roussenaly served as Vice President, Product & Global Business – Quick Commerce at Delivery Hero, where he led an on-demand grocery delivery business spanning more than 50 countries. His responsibilities covered strategy, product and technology, data science and analytics, commercial operations, marketing, business development and P&L performance. Earlier, he was Managing Director, GrabFood Singapore at Grab, where he led the food-delivery business through a period of significant growth and market expansion.
Roussenaly previously spent more than three years with Yum! Brands, including as Chief Operating Officer – KFC Asia. In that role, he worked with franchise partners across several Asian markets and supported operations across more than 3,500 restaurants. He earlier served as Director, Operations – KFC France.
His career also includes five years at McKinsey & Company, where he progressed to Associate Partner, and nearly five years with GE HealthCare, holding roles in sales operations, manufacturing engineering and its leadership program. His career brings together experience across strategy, operations, sales, technology, product management, P&L leadership and business transformation in Asia and other international markets.
