Washington, District of Columbia, United States, August 2026 — Rohit Kinra has joined The ASG Team as Chief Commercial Officer & Partner, taking on a senior leadership role focused on commercial strategy and growth across the digital infrastructure sector. In the role, he is responsible for commercial strategy and negotiations for major infrastructure transactions, advising clients on deal structuring, pricing and risk allocation while working with developers, utilities, hyperscalers and investors.
Kinra brings more than 25 years of experience spanning data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, cybersecurity, product management, sales and customer success. Immediately before joining The ASG Team, he served as Senior Vice President & Partner, Data Centers at CRG, the real estate development and investment arm of Clayco, where his work centered on the company’s data center development platform.
Previously, Kinra spent seven years with Iron Mountain, progressing through several senior roles within its Data Centers business. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President & General Manager, Hyperscale & Global Marketing – Data Centers, with responsibility for global growth and strategy for the hyperscale business as well as global marketing and channel functions. Earlier positions included VP, Global Head of Hyperscale, VP & Global Head of Hyperscale Implementation & Account Management, and senior leadership roles overseeing sales, account management and customer success.
Earlier in his career, Kinra spent more than eight years at VERISIGN, where his responsibilities spanned product management, sales engineering, account management and commercial leadership for security services. He subsequently served as Senior Director, Strategic Accounts, Security at Neustar. His earlier experience also includes product leadership positions with AOL and Network Solutions, giving him a career foundation spanning technology products, internet infrastructure and enterprise services.
Kinra has also contributed to the broader digital infrastructure and energy ecosystem through board leadership. He previously served on the Data Center Coalition, including as an Executive Committee member, and on the board of the Clean Energy Buyers Association. His combination of commercial, hyperscale, customer and infrastructure experience positions him to support The ASG Team as it works with clients across data center, power, fiber and real estate development.
