Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, June 2026 — Ascendum Solutions has appointed Shweta Parikh as Head – Talent Acquisition, strengthening its people leadership team as the company continues to expand its technology capabilities and global talent footprint.
In her new role, Shweta will lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting high-caliber technology professionals, strengthening employer branding initiatives, enhancing recruitment effectiveness, and building scalable talent pipelines to support Ascendum Solutions’ continued growth across global markets.
Shweta brings over a decade of experience spanning talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and workforce planning across technology and consulting environments.
Prior to joining Ascendum Solutions, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager at HyFun Foods, where she led recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition programs supporting the organization’s growth objectives. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening hiring processes and talent acquisition capabilities across business functions.
Earlier, she spent more than three years with Crest Data, progressing through talent acquisition leadership positions including Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. In these roles, she specialized in executive search, strategic sourcing, technology recruitment, headhunting, and talent mapping, supporting the hiring of niche technology professionals and leadership talent.
Before Crest Data, Shweta worked with Seven N Half as Engagement Manager – Executive Search, where she focused on recruiting mid- and senior-level technology professionals through targeted search strategies. She partnered closely with clients on leadership hiring mandates, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, onboarding support, and talent advisory initiatives.
She also served as Delivery Lead – Recruitment at Task Staffing Solutions, managing end-to-end recruitment operations, client relationships, recruitment delivery teams, and market intelligence initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked with Epoch Research Institute India Pvt. Ltd. in business development and with Dedicated Academy Pvt. Ltd. as HR Administrator, building a strong foundation in recruitment operations, employee administration, and human resource processes.
Shweta is currently pursuing the Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her expertise in strategic human resource management and talent leadership.
With her extensive experience across talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and technology hiring, Shweta is well-positioned to support Ascendum Solutions’ talent agenda and contribute to the company’s continued growth and transformation journey.
