New York, New York, United States, September 2024 – Jason TerAvest has recently joined Mural as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he will bring his extensive expertise in human resources and talent management, gained through his previous roles at companies like Handshake, Nautilus Biotechnology, and Smartsheet.
Before joining Mural, Jason served as the Lead People Business Partner at Handshake for nearly two years, where he supported the engineering team with people strategy and talent management.
Prior to that, Jason held the role of Head of People and Culture at Nautilus Biotechnology, where he led a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee experience, and workforce planning.
At Smartsheet, Jason spent over eight years advancing to the role of Senior Director of Human Resources, where he was responsible for leading HR operations across international markets.
His earlier career also included roles at TMP Worldwide and CareerBuilder, where he gained valuable experience in project management and recruitment.
