Vadodara, Gujarat, India, April 2026 — HealthPrime has appointed Nidhi Bajaj as Vice President – Human Resources (India), marking a key leadership addition as the organization continues its growth journey in the healthcare services and revenue cycle management space.
In her new role, Nidhi will lead the India HR function, focusing on building a people-first, future-ready organization anchored in values such as Customer Success, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Professional Development. Her leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational culture and enabling scalable growth.
With over two decades of experience across human resources, operations, and training, Nidhi brings deep expertise in managing large, diverse workforces and shaping impactful people strategies that align with business goals.
Prior to joining HealthPrime, Nidhi spent over a decade with Concentrix, where she most recently served as Associate Director – Human Resources. During her tenure, she held multiple progressive leadership roles including Senior HR Manager, HR Manager II, and HR Manager, driving key initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Her journey at Concentrix also included leading Training and Quality functions, giving her a strong foundation in capability building and performance excellence.
Earlier in her career, Nidhi was associated with Wipro for over 13 years, where she held roles such as Training Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager, along with frontline leadership roles in customer service. This extensive experience helped her build strong capabilities in people development, learning, and large-scale workforce management.
She began her professional journey with Devi Resorts Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Trainee, bringing a diverse background that spans hospitality, operations, and human resources.
Nidhi holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Pusa, and is currently pursuing the Emerging CHRO program at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, further strengthening her strategic HR leadership capabilities.
