Pankaj Pujari has been promoted to HR – India Country Lead at Semtech, marking a significant advancement in his career, which has spanned over five years at the company. Starting in April 2024, Pujari will assume his new role in Hyderabad, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of impactful HR leadership.
Since joining Semtech in April 2019, Pujari has played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape within the company’s operations in India. His journey began as an HR Business Partner, where he was instrumental in revamping HR strategies and implementing robust HRIS systems that streamlined processes across multiple departments. His expertise in employer branding, people management, and compliance has significantly enhanced Semtech’s HR capabilities.
Before his tenure at Semtech, Pujari excelled as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Feedback INFRA, where he led major HR transformation initiatives from June 2018 to March 2019. His strategic vision during this period led to enhanced operational efficiencies and improved HR practices.
Pujari also held notable positions at BHARAT ROAD NETWORK LIMITED and JAS Forwarding Worldwide, where he managed comprehensive HR functions, reinforcing his reputation as a skilled HR leader capable of navigating complex challenges and fostering organizational development.
