With over 18 years of experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and talent management, Srinivasan will lead strategic HR initiatives for TestVagrant Technologies.

Poornima Srinivasan joined TestVagrant Technologies in November 2021 as Head of HR & Culture. In this role, she transformed the company’s HR landscape by designing and implementing initiatives focused on talent development, employee engagement, and fostering a strong organizational culture. Her efforts have been instrumental in shaping the company’s employee-first approach.

In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, she will continue to drive strategic HR initiatives and strengthen TestVagrant’s commitment to nurturing a positive work culture. Expressing her gratitude for the promotion, Srinivasan said, “I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and humbled by the trust and confidence that the company has placed in me.”

Prior to joining TestVagrant Technologies, Srinivasan was the Head of HRBP/HR Operations at Bonito Designs, where she implemented HR strategies that improved employee engagement and optimized talent management processes. Before that, she served as Head of Human Resources at Jana Urban Space Foundation, where she played a pivotal role in managing core HR functions.

Her career also includes roles such as Site Head of Human Resources at Artech Information Systems and Assistant Manager of HR at [24]7.ai. Earlier in her career, she contributed significantly to employee relations and HR business partnering at Serco and Spice BPO.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
