LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA — June 2026 — Relativity Space has announced the appointment of Jen Morin as Director, Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its mission to make access to space more reliable, scalable, and routine through the development of next-generation reusable launch systems.
Morin brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition, people leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational scaling across aerospace, defense technology, autonomous systems, fintech, consumer technology, and global enterprises. Her appointment comes at a critical stage in Relativity Space’s growth as the company accelerates development of its Terran R reusable rocket program and expands its engineering, manufacturing, and operational capabilities.
Prior to joining Relativity Space, Morin served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Sierra Space, where she led the redesign and transformation of the company’s enterprise talent acquisition function. Partnering closely with executive leadership, she aligned hiring strategies with aggressive growth plans across engineering, operations, and corporate functions. During her tenure, she significantly reduced agency labor dependency, improved offer acceptance rates, enhanced workforce planning capabilities, and elevated the company’s employer brand through innovative talent initiatives.
Alongside her corporate leadership roles, Morin founded and operated Professional Recruiting Solutions, an independent talent acquisition and people operations consultancy that served Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations across healthcare, financial services, technology, and real estate sectors. Her client portfolio included organizations such as Kimberly-Clark Healthcare, Zimmer Biomet, Accenture, CoreLogic, and Carrington Mortgage.
Before Sierra Space, Morin served as Head of People Operations and Recruiting at Outrider, where she led the people function for a rapidly growing autonomous vehicle company, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and organizational design during a critical growth phase.
Her extensive career also includes leadership positions at Stripe, DISH Network, Amazon, Apple, Allegis Global Solutions, and Irvine Company. At Amazon, she led global MBA and Master’s-level recruiting initiatives and launched the company’s first Twitch-based recruiting channel. At Apple, she held multiple talent acquisition leadership roles supporting retail and business operations across North America.
At Relativity Space, Morin will lead global talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting operations, leadership hiring, and talent pipeline development as the company scales its workforce to support the next generation of commercial spaceflight innovation.
