New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2026 — Vertex Group, the Times Square-headquartered multinational tech giant, today announced the appointment of Tanya Singh as Vice President, Marketing & Communications, as it completes 10 years of operations and targets nearly 3x growth to Rs 1,000 crore by 2028. The appointment comes at a phase of rapid expansion for the group, which has announced two acquisitions in the past year, with two more underway this month. In this newly elevated role, Tanya will lead Vertex Group’s global marketing, communications, and brand strategy under its Vertex 2.0 vision, unifying the narrative across the group’s eight (and two upcoming) business verticals and supporting business growth across established and emerging markets.
Tanya brings over a decade of global experience spanning the US, UK, APAC, and GCC, where she has driven distinctive marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including Cannes-winning campaigns. Known for leading brand refreshes and spin-offs, she joins Vertex at a defining moment: a company that has completed 10 years and is ready for its next transformation. Most recently, she served as AVP, Marketing & Communications at Doceree, leading global marketing and communications for AI-powered healthcare marketing products and executive positioning across the US and international markets. Her earlier stints at Adfactors PR, MSLGROUP India (part of Publicis Groupe), and Avian WE saw her deliver high-value campaigns, manage complex brand narratives, and steer crisis communications for some of the largest global B2B and consumer brands.
Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group, said, “Our first decade built a strong, profitable global business. Our second will multiply it. We are targeting Rs 1,000 crore by 2028, nearly three times where we stand today, powered by expansion into new geographies and the growth of our verticals across technology, learning, and enterprise services. As we scale, one brand story must connect everything we do, and that is exactly why we have brought in Tanya. Her depth in brand strategy and international marketing makes her the right leader to weave our verticals into a single, powerful Vertex narrative and take it to clients, partners, and talent worldwide.”
Tanya Singh, VP-Marketing & Communications, said, “Joining Vertex Group as it completes 10 years is both an honour and a responsibility. I have followed the brand for the past six years, and I am thrilled to finally become a part of its growth journey. What excites me most is the company’s Rs 100 crore investment in AI. Having spent years managing and marketing AI tools for both individuals and enterprises, I know how powerful that commitment becomes when matched with the right narrative.”
“I will also be leading a soon-to-be-unveiled AI-led intelligence initiative that will turn everyday customer interactions into actionable insight for enterprises, helping them eliminate avoidable contacts, plug cost leakages, and elevate customer experience. Alongside this, my focus will be on building a unified, future-facing brand and shaping experiences for both partner brands and internal stakeholders that deepen trust, drive engagement, and support Vertex’s growth across geographies,” she adds.
As the company moves towards its 5,000-headcount milestone, Tanya will also be instrumental in driving positive engagement through internal communications initiatives.
