Vani Venkatesh Elevated to Deputy CEO at Delhivery

Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 — Vani Venkatesh has been elevated to Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Delhivery, marking a significant expansion of her leadership responsibilities at the integrated logistics services company. She brings nearly three decades of experience spanning logistics, telecommunications, healthcare, consulting, FMCG, and professional services.

Venkatesh has been part of Delhivery’s leadership team since March 2025, serving as Chief Business Officer. In that capacity, she has contributed to the company’s business priorities and growth agenda. Her elevation to Deputy CEO positions her to play a broader role in strengthening business performance, advancing strategic priorities, and supporting Delhivery’s next phase of sustainable growth.

Prior to Delhivery, Venkatesh spent more than eight years with Airtel, holding a series of senior leadership positions. Most recently, she was CEO – Global Business, Airtel Business, after previously serving as CEO – Delhi NCR, Chief Marketing Officer, and CEO – Retail. These assignments provided her with extensive exposure to P&L leadership, business strategy, customer experience, marketing, commercial operations, and large-scale business transformation.

Earlier, Venkatesh spent more than four years with Abbott Nutrition, where she served as Associate Director – Medical Nutrition and Head – New Products and Strategy, India. Before Abbott, she had a long tenure with McKinsey & Company, where she progressed to Engagement Manager, building deep experience in strategy and management consulting.

She began her professional journey with Price Waterhouse as an Audit Trainee and subsequently worked with Hindustan Lever Limited as Manager – Commercial. Venkatesh holds a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, further complementing her extensive cross-industry leadership experience.
