Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2026 — Adani Group has elevated Neha Lal to the role of Associate Vice President. In her expanded leadership role, Lal will contribute to business planning, business strategy and organisational growth, drawing on her extensive experience across healthcare operations, human resources, quality management and administration.
Lal brings more than 15 years of leadership experience, with a career spanning business planning, operations management, HR, healthcare administration, quality improvement and strategic management. Her multidisciplinary background combines operational leadership with people management and healthcare quality expertise, enabling her to work across complex organisational and business priorities.
Prior to joining Adani Group, Lal spent more than 11 years with GCS Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre in Ahmedabad. She served as Senior General Manager – Operations & HR, following her role as General Manager – Operations & HR. Her responsibilities encompassed hospital operations, marketing, human resource planning and management, and quality improvement, providing her with extensive experience in senior healthcare administration.
Earlier in her career, Lal served as Senior Hospital Administrator at Sankara Eye Care Institutions India, Senior Manager – Clinical Applications & Quality at Shalby Hospitals, and Clinical Administrator at Sterling Hospital. Alongside her corporate career, she has served as a NABH Assessor with the Quality Council of India since 2016, contributing her expertise to healthcare quality and accreditation.
Lal also maintains a strong connection with academia and industry development. She currently serves as Visiting Faculty for IIM Bodh Gaya’s MBA – Hospital and Healthcare Management programme and previously contributed as a Member of the Industry Advisory Committee for the MBA in Hospital Administration & Healthcare Management at IIM Jammu, advising on industry-academia alignment and future-ready healthcare management.
