Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2026 — Preeti Khullar has been promoted to Director at Procter & Gamble (P&G), taking on horizontal leadership responsibilities across Fulfillment Operations, Site Controls and Governance, and Plant Shared Services. Her elevation follows more than eight years with P&G, during which she has held progressively senior roles across manufacturing operations, capacity expansion, new product launches and supply chain transformation.
Prior to her elevation, Khullar served as Senior Manager – Capacity Expansion & Launch Leader, Fabric Liquids Business Unit, where she led manufacturing transitions and New Product Introduction programs. Her responsibilities encompassed large-scale product launches, supply chain transformation, portfolio growth and cost optimization. Earlier, as Senior Manager – Operations Department Head, Fabric Care, she led end-to-end manufacturing operations for Ariel and Tide Liquids, supporting business growth through capacity expansion, digitization and portfolio transformation.
Khullar has also held significant leadership responsibilities within P&G’s Baby Care business. As Senior Manager – Technical Group Leader and Contract Manufacturing Site Head, she led contract manufacturing operations for the Pampers business while overseeing technical and project management capabilities. Before that, she served as Operations Manager – Baby Care, driving manufacturing reliability, productivity, supply chain performance and continuous process improvement.
She began her P&G journey in 2018 as Operations Manager – Feminine Care, leading manufacturing operations for Whisper Ultra in India. Before joining P&G, Khullar spent nearly four years with Reliance Industries Limited as Manager – Operations and Technical Services – Petrochemicals, where she worked across polymer manufacturing, process optimization, reliability enhancement and operational improvement.
Khullar holds a PGPM from the Indian School of Business (ISB). Her progression from manufacturing and technical operations into broader site-level leadership reflects experience spanning operational excellence, manufacturing transformation, capacity expansion, product launches, supply chain, governance, cost optimization and people leadership. In her expanded mandate as Director, she will oversee critical cross-functional responsibilities supporting P&G’s manufacturing and fulfillment operations.
