San Francisco Bay Area, United States, August 2026 — Erica Pompen has joined Nebius as Vice President, Communications – U.S., bringing more than three decades of experience across corporate communications, public relations, brand reputation, executive communications, media relations, technology communications, and global communications leadership.
Prior to joining Nebius, Pompen served as Vice President, External Communications at Arm, where she led external communications from December 2024 to May 2026. Before Arm, she spent more than six years with Micron Technology, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles including Director – Global Public Relations, Corporate Marketing, Director – Global Corporate Communications, Senior Director and Head of Global Corporate Communications, and ultimately Head of Global Communications.
Earlier, Pompen spent more than 12 years with Text100, where she held senior leadership positions across North America and Asia Pacific. Her roles included Senior Vice President – North America Public Relations Practice and Head of Global Product + Services, Hong Kong Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Asia Pacific Consultancy Director, Vice President and Asia Pacific Digital Lifestyle Practice Lead, and Interim Greater China Managing Director. Her experience at Text100 gave her extensive exposure to international communications strategy, agency leadership, media relations, influencer engagement, and client advisory.
Her earlier career includes communications and consulting assignments with Fidelity Investments, Applied Communications (later Bite Communications), Crimson & Brown Associates, and John Hancock Life Insurance Company. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Pompen serves as an Advisory Board Member at the USC Center for Public Relations and is a member of Mixing Board, powered by Axios, a network of senior brand and communications leaders.
In her new role at Nebius, Pompen will bring her extensive technology and corporate communications experience to the company’s U.S. operations as Nebius continues building its position in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure and cloud ecosystem.
