New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2026 — ERAM Holdings, a diversified conglomerate headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has appointed Alok Kumar as Chief Executive Officer – ERAM HCM India, as the Group significantly expands its Human Capital Management business across India and international markets.
Kumar will lead the strategic growth of ERAM’s Human Capital Management business, with a mandate spanning domestic and international expansion, global talent partnerships and the development of innovative workforce solutions addressing the evolving talent requirements of employers worldwide.
The appointment brings an experienced staffing, skilling and international talent mobility leader to ERAM as it seeks to build a technology-enabled integrated human capital platform serving clients across industries and geographies.
Kumar brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning staffing, workforce management, executive search, skilling and international talent mobility.
Prior to joining ERAM Holdings, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NSDC International.
Working under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, Kumar played a key role in advancing the government’s ambition of positioning India as a trusted global talent partner.
His work included developing structured international mobility pathways and strengthening talent partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
The experience assumes particular relevance to his new mandate at ERAM, where international workforce mobility is expected to form an important component of the Group’s expanding Human Capital Management proposition.

The Group plans to develop a technology-enabled integrated platform encompassing staffing and workforce management, executive search, international talent mobility, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR consulting, payroll solutions and talent advisory services.
The strategy positions ERAM to participate across a broader spectrum of the workforce value chain rather than operating through individual, standalone talent services.
As CEO of ERAM HCM India, Kumar will be responsible for translating this strategy into growth, developing global talent partnerships and creating workforce solutions capable of serving employers across multiple markets.
Welcoming Kumar to the organisation, Madhu Krishnan, COO, ERAM Holdings, highlighted his combination of leadership experience and knowledge of the staffing, skilling and workforce management ecosystem.
“His global perspective and extensive experience in talent mobility will play a pivotal role as we strengthen ERAM’s position as a trusted partner for workforce and human capital solutions across India and international markets.”
Krishnan said Kumar’s experience in building businesses at scale makes him well positioned to drive the Group’s Human Capital Management vision.
The appointment also reflects a wider strategic connection between India’s talent ecosystem and international workforce demand, with ERAM seeking to create an integrated platform capable of connecting talent, employers and opportunities across borders.
Commenting on his appointment, Alok Kumar, CEO – ERAM HCM India, described human capital as an increasingly important engine of global economic development.
“Human capital is becoming one of the most powerful engine of economic development globally, and ERAM is unique positioned to build an integrated platform connecting talent, employers, and opportunities across borders.”
Kumar said he looks forward to working with ERAM’s leadership to develop a world-class Human Capital Management business capable of creating value for clients, empowering individuals and contributing to sustainable economic growth.
